Food Culture Yatra is a national project that aims to document how traditional food knowledge in India is being preserved, adapted, or lost. It focuses on everyday food practices, from how food is grown and cooked to how it is shared and remembered across generations.
An initiative of The Kindness Meal, supported by the Embassy of France in India, Institut Français India, and Alliance Française India.
We start in Rajasthan, Karnataka, West Bengal, Assam, and Gujarat, and will keep growing, adding more regions over time.
