Culinary Use: Made into a dry vegetable. Also eaten raw, especially by shephards.
Preparation Method: Boil thor leaves with salt, strain and rinse in cold water, dry the leaves on a cloth, stir in oil with kalonji seeds and salt, add turmeric, chili powder and other common spices.
Other Uses: Used by shepherd and local inhabitants for treating bleeding wound caused by accidental injury.
